Sweating & increased heart rate

I am 48 yrs. I have a untreated micro pititatruy tumor & I am over weight & now on weight watchers. I am  being treated for cholesterol & high bp. Lately while doing simple things like taking a shower or dressing I have been sweating profusely & my heart rate is at 110. I thought maybe menopause but not so sure any more. My BP is perfect. I also experienced swelling of my legs but that has gone down and That usually happens once a month with period but I haven’t had period in a year. Getting nervous. Dr doesn’t even diagnose me with anything and it’s frustrating.
