Swollen ankles - heart failure

Hello. About 3 years ago i noticed that both of my ankles was swollen. And they are still swollen to this day. The swelling havent got worse or better. Its still the same. I also had pvcs for a few months without any other symptoms but they stopped after i started taking magnesium daily. Other than that I dont feel any more symptoms. I also work out intensively 4 days a week without any problems. I read that swelling in ankles is a sign of heart failure. What are the chances that it could be heart failure or other serious condition in my case if I dont have any other symptoms for over 3years now. Thank you for answers.

Im not entirely sure what the chances are, but you 100% need to go to a cardiologist to rule it out. Either way swelling in the ankles is indicative of something not right going on with the body. EKG and echo could rule it out.
