T-Wave Changes

I recently had an EKG done and the doctor said I have T-Wave Changes..what does this mean, is it like threating?  Also, my holter test came back that I have a rapid heart beat..are these things to be worried about?  I am only 27 and a single mother of 3 children and I would like to be prepared.

Sometimes I will go to different health websites and use there "symptoms search" tool.. when I will put my symptoms in one of the top answers is "Heart Attack."  Could it be that I am having signs of a heart attack or becasue of my anxiety I beleive I am having symptoms of a heart attack???
I would appreciate any advice anyone could give me.  I am desperate!!

I don't really have chest pain...its more like pains in my left arm and sometimes in my neck.  I'm not sure if its just me imagining things.  I have been to the doctor and everything has been alright but my last ekg came back with nonspecific t-wave changes.  So, I don't really know what to think.  What would your advice be??

Thanks for all the help.

yes anxiety can make you think many things ,it can make you have the tight chest ,,pain etc as long as you have been checked out, but if symtoms get to bad i would have it checked. anxiety can cause your body to do many things. its no fun to try and guerss if your really having thoses problems or is it anxiety. but if dr says your ok most of the time he/she is right .

Do you think having major anxiety could make you think you are having symptoms of a heart attack?  Or is that even possible?

I would appreciate all the help and knowledge you can offer.
