Urgent

Please help me out

I had a test today and the test impression was

1 . Mild concentric lvh with diastolic dysfunction grade-1
2 . Mild dilatation of la
3 . IAS/IVS  intact

I was nt fully satisfied with the particular doctor so plz help

not exactly hypertension I wud say when something happens I over think a lot and the reason is m over sensitive

Mild dilatation of LA , NO LA clot.

Normal LV systolic functions.

Normal valves.

IAS/IVS Intact- No RWMA .......

Hi, do you have hypertension? long standing hypertension can cause left ventricular hypertrophy, the ventricle has to pump harder against raise pressures and develops ‘muscle’. This in turn can cause diastolic dysfunction, as the ventricle fails to relax completely during diastole. So, focus on controlling pressures. Regards.
