IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL FORUM PARTICIPANTS!!!

It has been brought to our attention that a user named "PARMI" is posting information and links to a Heart Forum run by a Dr. Singh.  We have no idea who Dr. Singh is, or whether he/she is a qualified physician.  We are working now to determine who these people are and also we want to alert you that we will be removing all the links "PARMI" has embedded in our Heart Forum.

Questions about this can be directed to:

Dear Cindy

The First question to DR Singh did not get answered. I then wrote to him and told him. I should have been answered. This request was then answered.I came here for answers and got none. Further more I took his reply to my doctor. I am now in the process of getting a second opinion. With a new cardioligist. So all in all I got the help I was looking for. My next door neigbour knows nothing about heart conditions, So I doubt very much if I could have got the same reaction from my doctor. As I did with DR singhs E-mail.

Kind Regards Heather

Dear Lee,

"Dr. Singh" and "Parmi" were posting hot links to a website which they claimed was run by a qualified doctor. "Dr. Singh" has ignored our repeated attempts to verify his/her medical qualifications and we therefore must assume that he/she is not a qualified physician.  Because "Dr. Singh" refuses to qualify himself/herself, any advice being given by him/her on any website, is suspect.

In addition, "Parmi" and "Bob" have posted a number of inappropriate remarks to others using vulgar language.

We caution all of our visitors that this is an open forum on the Internet. Med Help International and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation make every attempt to insure high quality information is being offered here and anything to the contrary is removed as soon as possible.  Sadly, there are a few people in the world who do not value or respect the needs of others.

We also request that any further questions or comments pertaining to the "Dr. Singh", "Parmi", "P2K", et.al, be sent via e-mail (address below) rather than posted in this forum.

Again, we are sorry that this has occurred and thank all of you who helped us track the offender.

i am curious to know what was so "nasty" about parmi and
"dr"  singhs' comments.  the little bit i got to read when i
clicked on to the site seemed to clarify some terms used
that might help the layman grasp some of what is being
discussed on this wonderful forum you provide.  i would
love to find a reputable site to obtain some of this kind of
information so as to be better informed when discussing
medical problems with my own physicians who of course
are so crunche for time.  thankyou again very sincerely for
this excellent forum.  lee

That is so strange Heather. I saw your question being ignored by Dr. Singh and you got alittle annoyed with him and repaeated your question. He then gave you a very basic answer that your next door neighbor probably could have given you. Don't let people like this take you in. You sound like a very sweet, trusting person. Please be careful. Concerned

Dear Cindy

I only just started to come here for information. I found a link for Dr Singh here.I asked him for advise on my condition, and he was really good in his reply. He advised me to seek a second medical opinion.
God Bless
Kind Regards Heather
