Variant angina

Can ectopic beats extrasystoles, pvcs, PACs or cause variant angina in the long term?

They shouldn't.  I don't physiologically see how.  But you never really know.  I suppose it could set of a chain of events with neural activity causing micro spasms.

So theoretically standard textbook it should not.

Thinking outside the box, I think there is a small chance it could.
