Vein graft monitoring

If vien grafts only last 5-10 years how are CABG (grafts) monitored to check if they are occluding?
Are angiograms recommended every year?

No. Firstly it's 10-15 years now and the rest is up to you reporting any symptoms. You
have an outpatients appointment with the specialist usually six weeks after surgery and
if everything is ok, that's it. The best thing to do is report to your GP maybe once a month and have your blood pressure checked and have your heart listened to. If you feel no angina symptoms, then the grafts are fine.
