What do persistent burns and stabs mean?

I'm a 17 year old girl. For the past two years I have experience continuous hurt stabs and burns. i visited the doctors all along but they don't seem to find whats wrong with me. I faint often and it became quite dangerous because there is a shortage of breathe and persistent headache. I am not sure of what triggers it because it comes unexpectedly and its affecting my daily activities. I have visited all sorts of doctors cardiologist, physicians, neurologist, Psychologist, practitioners and soo many other specialist yet nothing is wrong with me according to them. The Pain has no time of arising instead it booms up at any chance whether im at rest or not.

You need to have a heart monitor on for more than 24 hours. A holter monitor for a week or more.
