What do these terms mean?

I just found a 2003 heart cath report. No one ever told me about this, so can you break it down for me, please?  " ......  mild anterolateral defect which has slight improvement on rest images.  EF seems OK although the gating was not ideal and she does appear to have preserved LV function extensive soft tissue attenuation.    .....suggestion of a mild anterior defect with some reversibility although extensive soft tissue attenuation makes the sensitivity and specificity of this test less."

Is miou82151 still alive.   My test results are similar.  Reading these reports suggests treatment may be called for but not yet directed.   I think stents are designed to correct the defect.  Now I am concerned again.  Respectfully  James

The anterolateral defect is an indication that there is decreased blood flow to your anterior and lateral heart wall muscles during exercise which is indicative of a potential significant blockage in the left anterior descending artery (the artery that feeds blood to those walls of the heart.).

It appears the left ventricle pumping functionality (EF) is normal but there is not clear image (attenuation) due to excessive soft tissue in either the chewst  or diaphram.

There isn't a clear image of a mild anterior defect (blockage), but there appears to be some reversal (to normal) with rest.
