What is a good replacement for Nikoran OD

A year ago I had six coronary stents inserted in India. Great work and fantastic price. One of te drugs prescribed was Nikoran OD 10.  Nikoran is an old formula apparently so not expensive, but still seems to work ok. I can not buy Nikoran in Bangkok or Phnom Penh and I've got about 2 weeks supply left.
What is a suitable replacement  for Nikoran?

You should see a doctor, preferably a cardiologist, to discuss possible alternatives/substitutes for Nikoran OD. He/she will be able to give you the proper dosing, make sure there are no contraindications with your other co-morbidities, and make sure there are no unwarranted interactions with other drugs you are currently taking.
