What is medium size severe reversible perfusion defect mid inferior wall to apex?

46 YO Male received following report after nuclear stress test and would like it translated to English;

QUALITATIVE: There is a medium size severe reversible perfusion defect mid
inferior wall to apex which persisted on prone stress imaging. No other
significant perfusion defects.
TID: None subjectively
GATED: 67% ejection fraction with normal wall motion.  
1. Findings suggest reversible ischemia mid inferior wall to apex.
