What to do during a Stroke/Heart Attack

Two close relatives of my dad died recently with the symptoms of stroke/heart attack.  They did go to see the doctor immediately but didn't make it.

So, I would like to know what a person should do when a person suspects that somebody is having a heart attack or a stroke in addition to calling the doctor while they reach the hospital.

Thank you!

no aspirin for suspected stroke. At the ER, they take a CT scan to rule out a bleeding stroke, before blood thinners are given.

Aspirin immediately. Chew is up.  Do not move.  Moving makes the heart damage worse and can prove fatal. Taking a low dose aspirin a day helps to prevent strokes.  Irregular heart beats can cause strokes as they attribute to blood clots.
