What to do?

Hi, I am a 27 year old female.  Recently quit smoking 2 months ago.  I only smoke for 5 years.

Based on what you have presented here your ejection fraction is normal.  The absolute number doesn't really mean all that much, but it probably ranges anywhere from 55 to 60%.  There is no evidence of high blood pressure in your lungs (RVSP) (this is a good finding).  Also, the valves appear normal.  One PAC is of no concerns.  You may have more of them.  That's probably what's causing your symptoms.  This is generally a benign finding. These PAC's can be brought on by stress, alcohol, caffeine and other drugs, thyroid problems.  Since ther is no evidence of structural heart disease, I would, at this point, try to modify your lifestyle to eliminate as many of the above mentioned stressors as possible.  If none of it helps, your may consider medications such as beta blockers of calium channels blockers.  These are typically well tolerated and do the job of suppressing these benign rhythms quite well.

This is a very unusual territory to have isolated hypokinesis.  I would say that it is most likely an artifact.  I wouldn't worry about.

So in your opinion with what I have presented you....everything looks good?  I was worried about the hypokenisis.

I have also had numerous EKGs all normal other than sinus tachycardia.  My heartrate is usually around the high 90s.  When I get up in the morning it can be like 130-135.  At night it usually goes down to around 88.  I have an event monitor that I send back the 12th.  Hopefully that will give me more anwers..

I am sorry I do not know what happend.  I also have Pseudotumor Cerebri.  Anyway, Here are some results of my echo...
Mild Basal anterior septal hypokenisis with overall left ventricular systolic function at the lower limits of normal.  Ejection Fraction estimated 50% (doctor says could be the way the wand was on my chest??)
Trace mitral regurg, Mild tricuspid regurg with estimated RVSP 20-25 mmhg. (not sure what that means)
-LV EF 56.9%
-EF-A4C View 55.1%
-EF-AC2 View 62.8%
-EF-Biplane 59.8% (So what is my true EF?)
I also wore a holter and it noted
1 PAC,
No significant pauses,
longest RR interval was 1.2 seconds (??),
nonspecific ST-T changes(???).
The problem is that now I feel more of these "skips" or "thuds".  They scare me.  Which I am sure is normal.  I had these studies because I was having what I percieved to be near fainting spells...(which they think it is related to my newly aquired anxiety.)
With all these EF numbers, which is my correct EF?  Do you see anything out of the ordinary with these results and where should I go from here if anywhere?  Will these "skips" ever stop?  I have a horrible fear of developing a lethal arrythmia or experiencing sudden cardiac death and it has really affected my life...thank you for all that you do on here..
