Worrying symptoms

Hello. Apologises for the long post but its all relevant to my question. I have been experiencing a host of symptoms for a few months now. These include mild to moderate chest pain on and off throughout the day, tingling in my arms and legs, heart palpatations and also mild dizziness occasionally. I have been to the doctor and had blood tests, an ECG and a chest x-ray. The ECG showed an incomplete right bundle branch block. I had no idea what this was originally however I have done a good bit of research over the last few weeks. The doctor said im in no immediate danger as my cholestrol and blood pressure are fine and I have an echocardiogram scheduled for the end of the month.
When I first noticed these symptoms I began reading up on possible ailments and was reminded of an occasion a few years ago when I had severe chest pain, nausea and breathlessness. At the time I thought I was having a bad panic attack however now I wonder if I suffered a heart attack. I was under a lot of stress at the time drinking and smoking heavily. I didnt seek medical attention at the time because I didnt think it was possible to have a heart attack at my age.
Over the last few years I had been living much healthier. I had stopped smoking was running a lot and I eat well. Is it possible I could have a damaged heart and still have been able to get extremely fit.  Can anyone offer any insight on my situation. I would greatly appreciate it as I am finding it difficult to apply myself at work with the symptoms I have and there is still a month before I have the echocardiogram done.

Thanks for the comment. I havent actually been diagnosed with anything yet other then the RBBB so I appreciate I could be overreacting. On the other hand all these symptoms together are very disconcerting and I still have a few weeks to wait for the echocardiogram. I just googled ablation. What exactly does it entail?

If you have an arrythmia you should be given a 24 hour holter monitor to capture the episodes. There are heart medications that will help make your heart rhythm normal. Otherwise you may be a candidate for an ablation.
