I'm sorry to hear you're under some stress.  If you are throwing up every day you need to be seen by your physician.  It is unlikely that stress alone causes daily vomiting.  It could be something involving your heart or your gastrointestinal tract.  Please talk with your physician to evaluate your symptoms.

Best of luck.

If you have a pacemaker, then you must have a cardiologist you see sometimes.  If you're throwing up every day, you need to report your symptoms to your cardiologist and to your GP, too, and you should probably do it tomorrow.

Teenagers are tremendously stressful people to have in the house (or out of it), and it sounds as though you need advice about both your physical and mental health.
