abnormal ekg and panic attacks

Question

I have been to the er 4 times for panic attacks.every time i go to my doctor my bp goes thru the roof but is normal at work or at home.every ekg i had at the hospital or at my doctors are abnormal,so i had a stress echo done which came back normal. i do try and work out 2 -3 times a week and feel great after 45 minutes on a tread mill and free weights. When I had my stress test they stopped it after 3 minutes because my bp shot up. I just have this feeling that my aniexty issues every time I go to my doctor or the panic attacks are part of my bp issues. I started having panics attacks after my daughter started having medical issues that required surgery Any help would be appreciated

Yeah, it would be interesting to know how it was abnormal... glad it straightened out after the meds & the blood work & pics of your heart came out fine.

Your right I will get my records. I remember one of my panic attacks i went to the ER and they did a bunch of tests EKG,blood work, x-rays .Of course my EKG was a little abnormal according to the ER doc. He gave me some meds to calm me down took another EKG which he said seemed ok,including my blood work and chest x-rays were normal

For something as serious as your heart, they should have explained that abnormality!  May I recommend you get a copy of your EKG records?  That is important info to share with any future doctors also, so they can compare.  I'm glad your daughter is doing so well!

Never told what was found on the ekg's.. I definitely know I have white coat syndrome. My daughter has had 8 surgeries,as of now she is doing great..thank you for asking

What abnormality is found on your EKGs during your panic attacks?  It sounds like you have what they call white coat syndrome.  Has your daughter had successful surgery?
