PCI is a treatment procedure that unblocks narrowed coronary arteries without performing surgery. During this procedure, your cardiologist determines the best treatment for your condition. Treatment will vary from patient to patient.

The report indicates there are 3 coronary arteries that are occluded.  The LAD is totally blocked. The 100% blockage may have developed collateral vessels that by-pass the blockage and no treatment is required.  Or the LAD may have provided some break through and a stent.  Th other two occlusions may be stented or not depending on the degree of blockage and other considerations.
