my father is 64 has 20 yrs h/o DM 2,HTN,DYSLIPIDEMIA,IHD. on march 16 he had and attach he had an angiograme done adn this is the result CAD-3 VESSEL DISEASE 100% OCCLUSION OF LAD , PCI DONE
