advice on chest pain

I am 30 year old For the past 4 months i have experienced chest pain it started off as tietze syndrome but then the pain changed and there is no tenderness there.  It has been getting worse.  My doctor has tried me on stomach meds to eliminate acid indigestion and given me atenolol to see if its anxiety.  The atenolol has helped with the fast heart beat.
I have been to see the cardiologist and have a normal ecg and normal stress ecg.  I get short of breath upon exercise and exercise, cold make it worse.  Its like a tight feeling.
A few times i have had it at night.
When i had the stress ecg it felt surreal and had pain the night before but it didnt appear on the day asd it didnt feel like exercise.

I am confused as to what it is.

It is unlikely to be related to obstructive atherosclerosis, but if you are so anctious about it you can undergo a left heart catheterization. THis would be to relieve you of your symptoms, and for reassurance more than for any mortality benefit. This is because of your age, negative EKG, enzymes and stress tests place you at very, very  low risk for adverse cardiac side effects.
Now you could still have pulmonary, GI and vascular problems which could present with this type of pain, but it is difficult to know if you have had a CT of the chest or not. If no, then that would probably be my next test, to rule out pulmonary embolism, aortic aneurysm or dissection and congenital malformations.
