after open heart surgery

Has anyone experienced pain in the shoulders and arms for months after bypass surgery?  It has been close to 4 months and the pain still is severe in my arms and shoulders when I lift my arms to do any work or just put on my jacket.

Yes indeed, I was told by surgeons I would feel great after 3 months. More like 12.
