ASSISTANCE WITH ECHO RESULTS - LVIDd and LVIDs flagged as "A"

Just received ECHO results - flagged for LVIDd as 4.20, outside the top of the normal range which is 1.20 cm.  The LVIDs is 2.70, which is also outside the top of the normal range which is 0.85 cm.  I have been having heart palpitations, low bp 100/52, and low hear rate of 48 bpm.  Very unusual for me.  Symptoms have been extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness and really not feeling well.  I'm 64, 5.5", 137 lbs, 21 BMI - non-smoker, non-drinker, and no drug use.  Would appreciate any information.  Cardiologist appointment is nearly two months off and that was the SOONEST I can get in.  Thank you in advance.
