Hi again,
You answered a question for me the other day. Thank you for the info. Now i have another question. My mother had a shunt put in on the 8th now she is still haveing chest pains the heart center said this could be a big problem. My mother is so BULLHEADED she will not go to the doctor. What could happen if she does not go?
Please be frank because i dont understand doctor talk. Thank you and my god bless you.

Blood clots can be deadly.  It would be best for her to be on Plavix to avoid blood clots.  Doctors put patients on Plavix for 6 months to a lifetime, so it is relatively safe.
