Wow that's not good Ed, I drink bottle water and add stuff to it but still don't drink much, have always been bad about that. I don't drink sugar drinks if I can avoid them
Just to add that I don't really like water either, especially here in the UK. It contains Chlorine which is basically bleach, and our tap water is very hard, full of calcium. I drink gallons of tea, but have to de-scale the kettle every week due to the high calcium in the water.
It's surprising how much water our bodies squeeze out of food. I am thinking this was probably your main supply which you have severely reduced. What about fruit drinks which you dilute? as long as they are sugar free of course.
I feel your pain - I don't like water either so I drink mostly light beer. Doctor said: "That is pretty much like water anyway":)
