Have they suggested any further tests or whether they want to take surgical options?

There are three main coronary arteries, right, left and circumflex. The right is normally referred to as RCA (right coronary artery), LAD (left anterior descending), LCx (left Circumflex). Your right artery is diffuse with artery disease (spread out, not in one concentrated area). The Left Circumflex and LAD have mild disease, which is fine and can be controlled with diet/lifestyle changes. The first diagonal has diffuse disease (spread out) which is an artery branching off the LAD. None of the report says how badly restricted the diffuse diseased vessels are. Your left ventricle is in good working order which is great, it means it's pumping plenty of oxygenated blood around your body.
