I had a stress test and the results were: First degree heart block and left anterior fascicular block.
what further tests can I have and what can I do to limit the progression to complete heart block.  Can anything be done to minimise any stroke or heart attack?

Conduction disease can be a result of a number of causes including coronary ischemia, medications, and/or underlying problems with the conduction system itself. Minimizing the risk of having a heart attack and/or stroke are targeted at maintaining good cardiovascular fitness -- including optimal BP, diabetes, and lipid control, avoiding tobacco use, and regular diet and exercise.

You must go for an angiogram as that is the only way your Dr would know the degree of blockage and advise you on line of treatment.
