charlie horse or maybe a spasm under my left breast

I'm going to be 46 in April.I get what feels like a charlie horse or maybe a spasm under my left breast.Does anyone get this?About once 4 times now since Jan 08.Don't know if it's from back pain spreading thru since I do have a small frame.Or if it's something heart related.I had a major anxiety attack 2 and a half years ago,and went through all the cardiac channels.Heart enzyme test, stress test, and echocardiogram. They found nothing wrong with my heart.Just anziety issues. So what could it be?

I just had one of those last night.  I've never had one of those before and I'm a little freaked.  It was one of the worst pains I've ever felt.  I couldn't breathe or move.... I was afraid to move.  It felt like something was twisting and turning under my left breast and I felt it all the way back into my left shoulder blade.  I'm also very sore today.  I put heat on it and it seemed to help but I'm scared to death to have that happen again.  I eat bananas all the time and I take vitamins.  I'm wondering if I go see the doctor if it will just be a waste of time.  I'm sorry to hear that it's happened to you 4 times now.  Let me know if you get any answers!

I have major deep body charlie horses, even under rib cage, that come frequently now post surgery if I don't take my potassium -- Klor-Con: 10 mcg or something like that. It's a prescription dose. Also, magnesium is important. I would get checked out for a heart attack but it sounds likes like severe potassium deficiency. If you're on a diuretic, you definitely need to supplement with Klor-Con.
