ST Elevations - Normal?

Dear Doctor,


I am a 28 year old male. Three days ago I went into an urgent care clinic with some chest pains. They did an EKG which showed

The J point is a normal variant of ST elevation which refers to a specific period of electrical activity on the ECG.  

There would be no further testing to evaluate this finding and it carries no specific negative issues.

At 28 unless you have a very strong (and I mean VERY strong) family history of coronary disease, the chances of your chest pains originating from coronary artery disease is exceedingly small.

I forgot to mention that I also have 2nd stage Lyme disease for which I am being treated for the past 5 months- not sure if that changes anything.
