chest pain when breathing

Im Currently 16 years old. I've been getting horrible chest pains daily. It hurts me in me upper left side of my chest. Pain is around my breast and feels like somebody is grabbing my heart when i breath in. I used to smoke but i stopped about 2 months ago and it was not constant. I loose my breath very easily. Does anybody know what this is and if it could be harmful to me.
Thanks,
Tom

Have you gone to your doctor?

Maybe it's pneumonia *I probably spelled it wrong*

Are you coughing as well?

That needs checked out.  Could be chest wall inflammation, which is pretty simple and not going to kill you, but you definitely should check with a doctor to be sure.
