chest pain

I recently had very bad chest pains and consulted a doctor who wanted to give me an injection on the chest,which I refused.the pain felt like something was choking and at the same time I had tterrible backpain and headache.I went to a 2nd doctor who gave me painkillers but couldn't diagnose me.could it be a heart condition?

Were any tests run?  Such as EKG or Echo? Even a simple chest X-Ray. You don't say. Have you gone through the ER for evaluation?  Ally

It could be a heart condition and/or a concomitant issue as well.  To rule out any serious condition you should have tests to rule out any serious condition.  Sometimes or almost always treatment can prevent further progression and even reverse the condition...so it would be wise to have tests to rule out anything serious and make a correct diagnosis.
