There has been no recall of St. Joseph's 81 mg aspirin...other products by same company have been.  If aspirin has been prescribed along with coumadin then I  would check with doctor before stopping. Blood clotting chemistry is very complicated and delicately balanced.

Others might say differently ....my feeling about aspirin, she might want to stop taking it. But thats just me, so take it as it is, just a two cents (canadian:))

Well ofcourse if she takes coumadin, she might need it... ?... not sure, others might know...
