Coronary insufficiency  decrease in flow of blood through the coronary blood vessels. The decreased supply of blood to the myocardium can/will result from constriction or obstruction of the coronary arteries, but not accompanied by necrosis of the myocardial cells.

CPK-2 prestent in the blood stream is one of the most important myocardial markers, but is not entirely cardiac specific.  It has an establish role in role in confirming an ACUTE heart attack (AMI).
Hope this helps, and if you have any further qquestions you are welcome to reapond.  Take care.
