coumadin or plavix for APLS?

I have APLS, MVP, HBP. want toknow which meds (plavix or coumadin) is correct treatment.

If in fact you have Anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome (APLS) then you must be on coumadin and with a goal INR of at least 2.5. I am not sure plavix or aspirin have been studied in this disease, but it is unlikely that they would provide sufficient anti-platelt function to prevent thrombotic complications.
