deep breathing helps

Somewhere around June 21
I worked in the backyard and felt very dizzy. I thought
it's because i just had a nap.
Starting the next day I had discomfort feelings:

1. in my chest (like tiny electric shocks) for a few seconds
2. pins and needles in my upper left part of the chest, close to shoulder (5-6 sec)
3. pins and needles in my left arm, sometimes kind on numbness but very minimal
4. squeezing in my lower neck (15-20 sec)
5. when jogging, after 3 minutes I feel like the area under my armpit deeper into the body gets kind of      jammed, trapped, blocked. Interesting thing is when I start breathing deeper this pain goes away. So now I breathe deep all the time when jogging.
6. Since all this started ob June 21, I have dizziness quite often now (4-5 times a day). Again I start breathing deeply and it seems to help.

At night I sleep well. No pain.
It looks like it all starts when I'm active - my brain becomes active.

I did ECG, Stress Test (running on a traidmill), Ultrasound, X-RAY. All results are good.
Doctor says nothing is wrong with my heart but I am know it's not true. My condition has changed since June 21.
I now have all these discomfort feelings daily, 10-20 times a day..

You also have to rule out the remote possibility of a developing a dissecting aortic aneurysm. I hesitate to even mention this. however some of your symptoms are consistant. Read the story of Sharon Stone on youtube, who has an aneurysm in the blood vessels of the brain. And Randy Travis. I am somewhat concerned about your thoracic symptoms, which don't seem to have been addressed. This is HIGHLY unlikely, but should not be ruled out.

Cardiac ischemia is not necessarily due to failure of the pump (heart). Cardiologists specialize in that muscle to the exclusion of all else. Sometimes simply losing twenty pounds will relieve the symptoms. I can't answer that question about exerting yourself. One of the differential diagnostic tools in the old days was to provide the patient will sublingual nitro. If the pill was dissolved under the tongue and symptoms resided then you have a spasm of the blood vessel leading to the heart. often caused by something as simple as D3, calcium, magnesium or potassium deficiency. I  talked to a fresh- behind the ears cardiologist and "I never heard of it". was his answer. Getting a hematocrit and a hematologal consult is an absolute must.

Thank you so much for your valuable information!

I realize this site is not for accurate diagnosis but
what you told me makes a lot of sense and why my Cardiologist didn't even mention any of this stuff - is a mystery. All he said was "nothing wrong with your heart" (very "smart and thorough" approach... )
I will ask for second opinion consultation at that Cardiac center with another doctor and ask him to send me for these tests you told me about.

Question for you.
Should I go easy or I can do heavy lifting, physical work, etc. ? (i have a lot to do in my backyard).

Thanks a lot !

Okey dokey. The sensations you describe are common with cardiac ischemia - lack of oxygen to the heart...but you haven't scratched the surface in terms of differential diagnosis. Have you had a complete hematological consult? If the red blood cells are not transferring oxygen you may develop cardiac ischemia. Have you considered anxiety? Yes, anxiety can cause narrowing of the blood vessels leading to the heart. Have you had a 24 hour holter? Have you had an MRA of the blood vessels leading to and from the lungs? It is impossible to make a diagnosis on this chat site, but you have a long way to go in terms of diagnostic tests..
