Some questions to think about: how long before surgery have you had have dizzy spells? did they explore why? do they always happen with arrhythmia's or do the spells happen at other times also? do you have any other symptoms w/dizziness?  how is your bp - before & after surgery? have you had any infections? problems with your ears?

talk to your doctor asap about this, but the procedure could take 3-5 months for your heart to calm down which is pretty common

keep a log or journal of episodes and what goes on with them, it may be very helpful to your doctor's in finding out the cause

i too have dizziness and i'm 6 weeks into my ablation.. they've told me this is pretty normal atleast for the first 4 months anything after that i should worry. i even passed out at work 2 weeks after the ablation and was sent to the ER where they told me everything was fine don't worry it happens, just tell the surgeon. and i plan on it monday. so i'll update u on what he says.

If you recently had a procedure and are having new or worsening symptoms, you should call your physician (sooner rather than later) for further evaluation. This could simply be the after effects of the procedure but might also indicate something else that needs to be looked into.
