dr. cant find blockage?

I had a stress test done. The Dr. said I have all the criteria for a blockage but he could not see one. I had a positive d-dimer, and the pressure measured in my right Artery was very high, and it was also not right in my legs. The dr. explained it was like putting his thumb over the end of a water hose and it increasing the pressure. He advised me to lose weight and relax more.... but everything else was ok... my sugar, cholesterol, salt intake. He said he kind of was looking for some of that to be "off" so that he could say that maybe  it was some of the problem, but it wasnt. Should i also have my head checked for blockages, could it be there? Should I get a second opinion?

It is not very clear to me why you'd expect to have a blockage and in what arterial bed.  If this is regarding a coarctation of the aorta or some form of vasculitis, these are typically associated with some symptoms and are easily diagnosed with various imaging modalities including catheterization, MRI or CT scannning.  IF you are having any symptoms and there aren't any answers from the work up this far you could consider seeing someone else for a second opinion.

Yes it was a Cardiologist I seen. It was a stress test "Chemical" Where they put the dye in... take pictures at rest... then gave me an injection and took more pictures. Also an echo and a test where my legs were wrapped up and squeezed lol. He just said he was confused and really expected to see a blockage but did not. He also was thinking my cholesterol, salt, sugar, other things would call for a restriction diet, but not that either. Its just scary because My blood pressure gets so high sometimes and i cant get it down, and my chest hurts. Sometimes it feels like my head is going to pop off......He did mention something about having a blood disease that could also be causing this... but I was advised to lose weight and come back in three months.

Can you make a list of the exact tests you had done?  Was this  a cardiologist?
