echo question

Hello, I am a 26 yr old healthy female. I recently had an echo cardiogram due to palpitations. I was nervous during the test, so my heart rate stayed between 110-120. The results showed that I have a grade 1 diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle. My cardiologist said it only showed these results because my heart was beating so fast, and that I have a perfect heart with nothing to worry about. Is it true that tachycardia during the echo could cause the given results?

I meant to add: should I have a repeat test when my heart rate is under control, or it it sufficient as is.
