Blood pressure 140/75 Pulse 51    77 years female. Any cocerns?

Your numbers are pretty much age appropriate, I wouldn't get too worked up. Both numbers are dynamic and change based on stimulus both internal and externally. If you had repeated readings over 140/90 you may want to ask your doctor.

Your pulse is a bit low. The problem comes if the heart rate increases thirty or forty beats and the blood pressure rises. I would not be overly concerned, however you might ask your cardiologist what he believes is the reason for the low pulse rate.
