for smartipants

i have all your symtoms plus 2 or 3 hour-long hot sweats at night and long sesions of bellyach emoving up and down the abdomen, not in the same place. I have CAD, one stent 4 years ago, phase II dystoic disorder, RBBB total bloc, Lbbb demi posterior block. I can run 30 mins, do hard exercises pulse in the 170's and feel no ill effects. BUT every day i have 2to3 hours of these symtpms sick as a dog, so much I have to leave the table and my family at meals and hide. Cardios are not interested. They ask if I have heart pain and that's all. My questiion pleaseee: are your symtoms permanent, day and night with no break? The answer is important to  me because I can be fit and normal for half the day and sick and ill the rest and no doc shows any interest except in tests and pains in the heart.

it was for smartipants or allegra and I don't know how it ws separated from the forum,, But the essence is that one of them suggested that Rhythmol propafenone is strong stuff and together with Coreg is worse and that as I have no angina nor HP maybe i could drop them and clear some of these sick symptoms that are making me half alive and my family stressed out.
esrly this year a new cardio gave me a 24-hour Holter and said I had SVT paroxysmal. She put me on Rhytmol,150mg. I have never felt a highpulse nor seen a trace on my Omron although members with SVT say if i'd ever had even a short bout I would never forget it.  Months later another cardio, after a cursory look at her finding keep on with Arhythmol  and double your Coreg, 6.25. I'm told these two don't go together anyway. You may remember me as Oldie, 86 in two months. I'glad to talk to you again. You've given me good guidance before.
