Thanks a lot ken,
i am really grateful to your reply,

Your report is not anything to be any major health concern. However, the underlying cause for your mild LV dilatation should be treated. Usually when there is minor dilatation that increases the EF and identified as compensation. When the LF overly compensates with a pathological increase size that will decrease the EF.
Your doctor should be aware of the underlying cause for the enlarged LV and treat. An EF of 50 is on the lower end of normal, but it is an estimate and is not a static metric. The LV dilates to increase the blood pumping output, and helps maintain a balance of blood flow of the right and left side of the heart.
Other than getting an answer to your enlarged LV, and if necessary treat, other than that your report is not any serious medical significance.
Thanks for your queston, and if you have any further question or comments, you are welcome to respond. Take care and I wish you well going forward.
Ken
