heart diseases

i have read about natural therapy for opening the veins of heart. i want to know, if i mix some water for `making garlic juice , it will be valid procedure or not ?

There are many claims for natural therapies, however, I have not seen ONE which has research to back it up. Many so called therapies rely on the placebo effect, which of course doesn't remove the disease, it just makes you 'believe' it has.

There is no proven treatment that will open already blocked arteries. There is one study done in Japan that suggest that high dose statin use along with cardio exercise will result in a small regression, but it is a small study with and very small control group.
