heart failure?

I did ecstasy at a party to 2 months ago and think I over did it. I went to the doctor 3 days later for chest pains and he said I was fine after a 5 minute visit...

Its been 2 months and everyday i wake up I still have chest pain.with random radiating and tightness randomly throughout the day.  Now Ive noticed my entire body has been drying up. My eyes are dry, the tired eye feeling, My nose is dry, have had 3 nose bleeds in the past week and my genitals have been dry, they have been flaking and peeling. are these symptoms of heart failure?  What can I do? Thank you.

Not specifically the shoulder blade itself but the area around it and sometimes the shoulder blade. Chest pain too but i feel like the stinging radiating pain is in the muscles? If i have nerve damage is there anything i can do? What should i avoid? Can i take prilosec otc for the heartburn/gerd ive been having? Thank you everyone.

If your shoulder blade feels tender when you touch it, then you are for sure NOT dealing with heart pain.  It has to do with the way the nervous system develops in embryology.  You can google 'visceral pain' to get some idea of what is going on.

You also might want to google 'stress test' to see what they might possibly be testing when they have you run on an incline.  It sounds as though you did fine, BTW.

So tonight i ate dinner. Didnt have the crushing tight feeling in the center or my chest but the right and left side chest hurts for an minute and my right shoulder blade has been feeling tender for half an hour now. Should i ask for more heart tests? They didnt use a dye on me when i did my stress test like im reading. They put a blood pressure monitor strap on my right arm and had me run on an incline for about 7 minutes and thats all. What could they possibly read of that?

Sounds like an inflamed stomach and esophagus to me. Likely caused by too much acid and you require a proton pump medication such as omeprazole. I would also order an endoscope where you swallow a camera for exploration. They give 2 squirts of a numbing solution to your throat, and then you have the camera passed down. Just totally relax and breathe normal.

Just had dinner and during dinner I felt the sharp sudden pain again. So I stopped eating and im pretty worried now. What should I do? What Doctor should I see?

Am I in risk of a heart attack? what can I do about this?

It could be a hiatal hernia that stresses the stomach which in turn affects the Vagus nerve and can cause symptoms of a heart attack.

got a earlier appt and the stress test came back fine. Thats all he told me.  Afterwards i celebrated with a sandwich for lunch and had a crushing/sharpe type chest pain right in the middle of my chest. Felt it once. then 2 times together about 3 minutes later. Could the stress test fail to see something? What could be the causes of my chest pain?

Then ask for a stress test, that will pick up any clogged artery for sure.

I got an Ekg and an Ecg both came out normal but I heard those test arent conclusive to a clogged heart?

To rule out your heart, go to your Doctor and order a EKG.

I am a 30 yr old male btw. Feel like the chest pain radiates to my ribs, shoulder blades, usually on my left side but sometimes in the center and right side. I just hope its from the stress and nothing serious. Hope someone can give some advice. Thanks

It could have been bath salt. I had blood work done and the only thing that came out was I had a high count of red blood cells. Thanks for the reply,appreciate it.

Those aren't the signs of ecstasy and certainly after a period of 2 months, the drug would be completely out of your system. I would go and have some blood tests to see what is going on.
