heart

i am 24 young man un married ,pharmacist work for 12 hours a day after a heavy meal and driving for 200 k.m in a hot area in gulf region 40 c heart rate 180 and BP was 180/100 the doctor put me on atenolol 50mg ... i did not have any history of heart disease or even smoke is that healthy

A heavy meal and high ambient temperature can be stressful to the heart.  The metrics you have shown on your post indicates the heart is working harder and that is unhealthful in the long run.  You should contact a doctor for consultation.

Well, not really. Your blood pressure is too high. However, this could be due to the 180bpm heart rate. This is when you are sitting in a car driving it? Do you suffer from road rage syndrome?
