heart

can a man 56 years old, with heart working at only 30% go back to normal activities?

Hello. So much depends on the individual, their attitude and their current treatment. A positive attitude can be a tremendous help. If the 30% refers to Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction, then the figure would imply some damage and it would not be wise to  expect the same capacities as someone without damage.
For example I am into 5+ years of diagnosed Heart Failure with a LVEF of 10%, able to still enjoy life but not an awful lot else! But at 72 it is still good to be here!
With the right attitude, love and support those of us with heart disease can still live a happy, productive life.
