help me

could lack of adequate blood flow to the heart muscle cause angina without blockage? I have a heart that races a lot, the doctor has talked about putting a def. in for the racing, some time I've has passed out, but always come back to. is this because there not a lot of blood getting to the heart. I've had a cath done and it's shows there no blockages, I do take plavix and nitro and blood pressure pills, if I have no blockage, why i'm I taking  plavix? when I take the nitro, the pains do go away.

I had a Heart Cath and I have no blockages of the Large Blood Vessel but I was Diagnose with Angina because my Small Blood Vessel of the Heart is lacking Oxygen so I'm Taking Imdur and Nitroquick for the Angina and I Take Coreg twice a day for the Arrthymia

I would ask your doctor to arrange a  tilt table test to determin the cause especially as you are having blackouts this test can rule out a number of possiblities one being CAHS.
(you may have a different name for this test in US but that is what it is called in Gt. Britain).  Good luck

you are probablly taking the plavix to prevent any blockage. do you have a color change when your hear rate goes up are you blue? it sounds like if you are passing out you do have some sort of lacking in oxygen in your blood flow.
as far as it pertaining to angina I amnot sure good luck with everything
