Last time I met my family doc he told me that with my Blood Pressure (usually: 135/95) I don't have to do anything. Is he right ? What sould I do wth this level of Blood Pressure ? Is is a level where ii might help to take medicines ?
Thank you,
Jack
The first thing that might be recommended to you would be lifestyle modifications, since you are just at the border of hypertension. That's mean diet and exercise, of course. The diet part would mean the "DASH Diet", which you can easily find online.
A primer on hypertension is at the American Heart Association somewhere.
For exercise, you'd probably want to be cleared by a doctor first.
But you don't want to just let it go, since hypertension is the "silent killer" after all.
Google "Hypertension", and then get to your doctor
