"high blood pressure"

During the last 2 years I am suffering from relatively high blood pressure, at evening hours it is usually arounf 140/90.
I would like to learn more about that and to think what to do about that.
Could anyone recommend me about good website where I can learn about that and get some advice ?
Thank you.

The first thing that might be recommended to you would be lifestyle modifications, since you are just at the border of hypertension. That's mean diet and exercise, of course. The diet part would mean the "DASH Diet", which you can easily find online.

A primer on hypertension is at the American Heart Association somewhere.

For exercise, you'd probably want to be cleared by a doctor first.

But you don't want to just let it go, since hypertension is the "silent killer" after all.

Google "Hypertension", and then get to your doctor
