MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello. Without knowing your full medical record it is difficult to give you a specific answer. From what you describe, it is very unlikely that your actual symptoms have something to do with a clogged artery. Probably, the most important thing is to rule out a secondary cause for your high blood pressure as hypertension (HTN) in a young adult should not be explained only by genes or family history. There severeal conditions that can cause the HTN and are potentially treatable, which could solve the high blood pressure. The most important causes are: renovascular disease, primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, cushing's syndrome, sleep apnea syndrome, coarctation of the aorta, hypothyroidism, and primary hyperparathyroidism. From the symptoms that you describe the first diagnosis that I would try to rule out would be a pheochromocytoma (benign mass in the adrenal gland that produces adrenaline). Talk to your doctor and make sure that they ruled out a secondary cause. Good luck

Sorry Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate which is given in hospitals to heart attack patients, women with eclampsia to prevent baby from getting cerebral palsy, etc.......By placing your hand in the magnesium sulfate and water solution, the Magnesium will enter your blood stream through the veins on top of your hand and wrist.    DO NOT TAKE Epsom Salt by mouth because YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET DIAHREA!

GET IT NOW!

Can you get someone to buy you some Epsom Salt from walmart or any other place.....I purchased a 2 lb box from walmart for less than $1 a few days ago.    When you take a bath, you need to put some of this Epsom Salt in the bath tub and get in and relax.    You should also get a small bowl or large glas that can hold your fist and enough water to cover your wrist so that you can desolve some of the Epsom Salt in it SO THAT IT CAN GET INTO YOUR BLOOD STREAM.   Do not take Epsom salt by mouth since you'll get diahrea, and you do not want that because your body will lose Magnesium.   go to wikipedia and search HYPOMANESEMIA and look at symptoms.   Heart rate and Blood Pressure WILL FALL as your body gets more magnesium in it...... Do NOT take diuretics like alcohol or caffeine because you need your Magnesium in your body to get back to normall!

Next, take fish oil and vitamin c.......Fish oil will lower triglicerides and gets the blood flowing better.    Vitamin c will make your blood vessels stronger and make them more ELASTIC so that they are able to be pliable which you want.......At this time DO NOT TAKE more than 1 gram of  vitamin c because you do not want more Neurotransmitters, etc..     Later on you can increase dosage once heart gets normal so that you can lose weight like me.

To lose weight go to wikipedia and search CORTISOL then do everything that they have there that Lowers cortisol, and I just gave you the three that have been shown to lower it magnesium, fish oil, and vitamin c.......Once heart and blood pressure are good you can do like me:  consume some 5 grms of vitamin c to lose weight because all your skin cells will be making collagen, strong kness and skin with very few wrinkles.   You learn all this right there on wikipedia just search vitamin c!
