increased pains during menstration caused by hernia in my groin region

i am scared that i may be having hernia in my right groin region and i feel the pains more during my menstral period. Different doctors have said different things concerning my case ranging from; secondary dysmenorrhia, lymph nodes , psycosis barbea and one even suggested cancer. so i am at a lost of whic it is but there is a swelling in that area and i have discovered that whenever i lift loads, the pain increases. so please, i would be grateful if you tell me what the problem is? because i usually experience a lot of pain, weekness of the body, loose bowels, pains in my right rib region, and heaviness in that region and this is usually on the increase durin menstration. Also, I would want to know it can be cured without surgery.

Thanks in anticipation, Kem.

You might want to post this question on the gynecology forum, and get an answer from a physician in that area.  This is the cardiac forum.  Good luck.
