You answered the question yourself. These are not high risk findings on a 30 year old's stress test and given the very low prevalence of obstructive atherosclerosis in your age group it is probably a false positive finding. A more common problem would be an anomalous coronary artery or HOCM. The latter can be diagnosed via an echocardiogram but the former usually requires a left heart catheterization or a CT angiogram of the heart.
hello,
catheterization is a very good procedure that require the insertion of catheters into the body, but they do involve some risk.
Some patients can have bleeding, swelling, or bruising where the catheters were inserted. Serious complications do sometimes occur. These include infection, damage to the heart and/or blood vessels, and blood clots.
Most patients who undergo cardiac catheterization do not experience complications, but you should be aware of the risks. i think you need to talk to your physician about this and he will be better able to explain you your situation.
