The problem with heart disease is that everyone seems to experience different effects which is why it is often misdiagnosed, although the front line Doctors seem to be improving. For example, some people have a heart attack and feel nothing. They simply feel fatigued, go to the local hospital and what's the first question the doctors ask you? "Have you had any chest pain". Now they tend to do an EKG as a precautionary measure, but even those don't always pick up MI events which have occurred. So, it basically takes quite a good Doctor and some good tests to resolve a patients condition. I'm sure you can imagine how many nerves there are in the human body, and if one of those is trapped under a muscle or pinched between a blood vessel and muscle, this can cause all kinds of symptoms. Most go away and are never diagnosed. Pulled muscles can also squeeze arteries, causing an ache. The possibilities for discomforts are huge. I had pains in my lower jaw a few years ago and the pains radiated down through my neck and shoulder. The hospital couldn't find anything. Weeks later, I went for a dental check up and an xray was taken of my molars to check the root canals. He found a huge pocket of infection in my sinus canal, which cleared using anti biotics. Wasn't that lucky. Virtually everyone these days associates a pain in the arm with heart problems, but in most cases they are not linked, BUT it would perhaps be wise for you to visit your Doctor and have a check up. Doctors through years of experience gain knowledge in various signs and give better advice than they used to.
Coronary artery disease in most patients is something brought on my exertion. So for example, if you walk up and down the stairs a couple of times, does the pain increase? more importantly, does it lessen in about 2 minutes or less when you relax afterwards?
The best advice I can give you is to see your Doctor because the other side of the coin will be anxiety. You will be worried every day now in case you have a heart problem. In turn this will effect your health. Sorry this post was so long, but I hope you have gained something from it, take care.

it could be something not as sinister, in a heart attack there is chest pain, lower jaw pain, dizziness, pain radiating down the armmainly left side, sometimes with heart disease there is a mucasey cough that lasts for months, are you healthy? have you checked your cholesterol? and bp?
