I agree that blood pressure is absolutely fine- unless that combined with a lower pulse is making you not feel well.  Then you should talk to the doctor about tweeking your BP medicine a bit, if you are taking a blood pressure medication that not only lowers blood pressure, but tends to slow your pulse at the same time.

I think most physicians would tell you that BP of 116/64 is quite normal.  Your pulse would, I think, be considered somewhat low.  Do you get light-headed when rising from a laying position, or do you have other symptoms of dizziness?

I also have high BP and fast pulse rate, but meds are effective for me. 116/64 may seem low to you after seeing much higher BP over the years.   My BP generally runs about 105/60 with alpha and beta blockers and the docs feel that is great.  I recently became dehydrated after a surgery and my bp dropped to about 85/50, and that got the doctors attention, but once it climbed back above 100/55 the concern dropped.  A low heart rate is more troublesome than the blood pressures you report.

You should consult with your doctor about adjusting your blood pressure medication if that continues.  If you ar not an athlete, that pulse is a little low also.  If you are feeling crummy right not from blood pressure and pulse being so low, you might try doing some walking exercise or engage in conversation and see if that doesn't give you a pick-me-up.
