mitral regurgitation

My daughter having alcapa problem.
She is age 1year 11month.
She after surgery 11month.
She eat capoten 3 times a day.
Now the valve does not close completely, causing the blood to flow backward
instead of forward instead of forward through the valve.
Can she eat Nutrilite Chewables: Multivitamin and Iron Supplement,  Natural
C, Calcium Magnesium and drink protein?
All product is from amway.
Is CoQ10 can recover this problem?
Any side effect from all product?
Any advice from you?
Can she auto recover back because she still young?
Please help me.

You may want to post your problem to the expert forum.  The information requires some specialized knowledge in pediatrics, post surgery care, medication, etc...however, you shouldn't give supplements, etc. without a doctors recommendation.

One of leaflets associated with the valve may not completely close causing some leakage.  It is not uncommon to have some leakage and not problematic.

Did your daughter's medical condition cause myocardial ischemia (decrease of blood/oxygen to heart cells)?   If  this is true, the condition could cause the muscle tissue that supports the leaflet to dysfunction causing variable degrees of mitral valve leakage.
